Beet root curry for health specially who is suffering from anaemia.

                                                           
Ingredient:
Oil
Mustard seeds- 1 TSP
Asafetida- ½ TSP
Cumin seeds
Chopped green chilli
Chopped curry leaves
Soaked dehusked mung beans
Coriander powder- 1 TSP
Cumin powder- 1 TSP
Roasted sesame powder- 1 TSP
All spice powder

Process:
Add one table spoon of oil. Add one a TSP of mustard seeds and asefatoida. Allow to  fluttering the mustard seeds  and then add cumin seeds  and then followed by chopped green chilli and chopped curry leaves and then add chopped onion

Add pinch of salt  and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes
Then add soaked dehusked mung beans ( Soaked in the water for 30 minutes). Add grated beet root and saute and cook slowly for 7-8  minutes. When it is almost dry then add 1 tsp of coriander powder and same amount of  the cumin powder and 1 tsp of  roasted sesame powder ( optional).  Add one pinch of All spice powder.

Finally add chopped fresh coriander leaves.   your Beet root curry is ready. You can have it with chapatti (Bread) or Garlic Bread. It is too Healthy, Full of protein and vitamins and minerals. Very good for anemic people.
