Delicious Mouthwatering Chicken nuggets.

Almost all non-vegetarian people love chicken nuggets. But Very few of those know it is very easy to make at home. Actually the chicken nuggets from restaurants and market are not so much healthy because of un-fresh chicken meat used into it.  Why one should go to market when you can prepare on your own.

So start the preparation:

Marination: Take butter milk and row papaya thin slices (with skin) mix well. Add some ginger-garlic paste and salt into it.
 Put chicken breast dices in the marination for overnight in a freeze or at least 4-5 hour before cooking.
Now squeeze all milk and put the chicken in a bowl and put some salt and mixed herbs like Oregano and thyme.

Preparation of egg wash: take two egg and break and add salt, red chilli powder and Black pepper powder

Preparation of coating: Mix some of the herbs in all-purpose flour. Add salt, ginger- garlic powder and onion powder into it and mix well to make a homogenous mixture.
Flip the chicken pieces and allow flour to be coated from all sides of chicken pieces and then do the egg wash. For this put chicken pieces into the egg mixture and again put on the bread crumbs and keep aside. Do the same for all chicken pieces.
 Now you have to deep fry with good quality oil in medium flame till chicken becomes golden brown.

Your chicken nuggets are ready to serve with tomato sauce, Schwan garlic sauce or pizza sauce or any dip you want.
