HOME MADE HIGH PROTIEN “LADDOO" or PROTIEN BAR: LEAVE THE UNHEALTHY SNACKS.
We have such type of lifestyle that we knowingly or unknowingly eat unhealthy snacks or junk food when we feel hungry in our office or travelling. For this I have prepared a “Laddoo” recipe which is high in protein as well as good fat , Balanced carbs, vitamins and minerals. This one Laddoo can make you fuller for long as well as nutritious too.
So here are the ingredients
Roasted Peanuts- 100 gms
Homemade peanut butter- 2 big table spoon
Pure honey- one table spoon
Roasted corn or popcorn (without butter)-
100 gms
Almond- 50 gms
Cashews- 50 gms
Jaggery- 50 gms
Dry Roasted Oats( Not too much Roast)- 100 gms
Bournvita powder – 50 gms
Cinnamon powder
Roasted flax seed- 25 gms
Good quality Cow Ghee or Coconut oil
Preparation:
First make powder of each and every ingredient separately. Keep Roasted peanut little rough not too much fine powder
Mix each and every thing in a large bowl firmly till all ingredients becomes homogenous mixture.
You can shape it round shaped (Laddoo) or Protein bar shaped.
Keep this Laddoos or Bars in the freeze for 30 minutes. Now it is ready to eat. You can take this in office while working or travelling in Train or bus. Stop giving unhealthy Biscuits and cookies to your children. Children love this Laddoo. And also it is very much safe and digestive to any age group.
