Healthy steamed chicken recipe for Muscle build and Excellent nutrition

In this days, it is very necessary to have some food with minimum oil and try to ignore the frying process.
So this is the one of the recipe for those who is health conscious.

Ingredient-
Chicken Breast( small diced)- 300 gms
Red chilli powder
Black pepper powder
Yogurt( hunged curd)
Oil( preferably olive or mustard oil)
Garam masala(all spice mix powder)
Onion( fine chopped)
Bell pepper( medium diced)
Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Apple cyder vineger


Marination process:
Mix 300 gram chicken with  HTS( half table spoon)black pepper, HTS red chilli powder, yogurt , OTS(One table spoon) Oil and apple cyder vinegar and keep aside in fridge for 2-12 hrs. at least 2 hrs.

Process:
Heat the pan and put some oil. Put some cumin seeds. After that add onion and saute. Then add Bell pepper and half cook these items. Put all spice powder, HTS turmeric, OTS coriander powder and saute till spice leave the raw smell. Add these items to marinated chicken in a bowl.
Packaging: you have to make Aluminium sheet pocket and put the mixture in it and seal it. Place this pockets into a steamer and steam it for 8-10 minutes. After that  its ready to serve hot. Its very delicious and healthy.
